Lost 14.6 in the month of August. I feel I can keep this up. I have upped my walking at lunchtime to 45 to 50 minutes. High protein/low carb lifestyle is the way for me. Hoping to go below 200 lbs. by first week in October. So excited!!

Kathy, I'm so happy for you! That's great! I'm afraid while you were getting on track, I was goofing off! However, I have done better this week. I had gained about five pounds back. This morning when I weighed myself, I had lost two of them again. I'm trying to get myself motivated now that vacation and our anniversary, etc. are over! Keep up the good work! I'll do my best to keep up!
