Doing an inbody scan tomorrow - Even during the pandemic I have been losing fat but I am gaining more muscle that the fat loss so the scale weight is kind of bogus. My local supplement company is doing a transformation contest. I know I won't win but I like the accountability and really like that staff there.

Excited that even though I lost my job at the gym I am managing to start a business doing in home training. I guess a bonus with people being nervous about gyms is that I am getting private clients.

Signed up for two Waybetter games. I prefer these challenges over the weight loss challenges. We will see how they go One is meal prep and the other is Food tracking. Two challenges that are perfectly aligned with my goals. Maybe win a few dollars too!
