Got my results from the International Virtual Transformation Contest - This made me happy. I had help with my video but it certain could have been better material to start with. Grateful for those who helped me.

My next goal is to work toward Fitness Atlantic which is April of next year. Thankful the gyms are open now. The second picture is my improvement from session one to two. The total on the spreadsheet is the number of pounds lifted. I work hard to make sure the number is bigger each time. It helps self motivate me!

I lost my training job in April due to Covid. I had one client that was training at two facilities. She had told her other trainer that I had lost my gig. He is a partner with the private training facility. He called me that day. Invited me to come in and talk. He and the other two partners have approved me to come in as a trainer. Got approval from the hubby. Super excited for this new journey!
