Hi everyone!
This is a bigger breakthrough for me than I realized. Sept 4, 2018 I weighed 310. Sept 18, 2018 I weighed 320. Sept 20, 2018 I got hit by a car. Jan 13, 2019 I weighed 350.
I haven't been this low since! I will keep working the program of OMAD every other day until I can do it cheat-free. Well, I drank a Diet Coke last night which you aren't supposed to do while fasting. I was really hungry so instead of eating I drank that.

Thanks everyone! I appreciate the well wishes and encouragement. I am on Day 10 of no binge eating! Wow! Those chips call my name a lot but I have been managing.

Ny, chips call my name too! BUT with CICO, mindful eating, and portion control I learned that I could have my chips and eat 'em too😍
