Thank you so much to all of your kind words. I came to fat secret as a client of my coaches and then they have me working as a coach with them now. I am studying how to be an online and remote coach. Losing my JOB is kind of a kick in the tush to get going! I have a couple of clients already. I am going to test out Facetime, Skype, Google Hangout and Zoom to see which it the best option for training people.

I could just send out macros and a workout but how motivating is that? It takes a special person to just read it and go!
