Made it 6 full days back thru induction then blew it.I was in the hospital and had no choice. Such a nice nurse I had. From my last name, she thought I would just love the pasta dinner. I hadn't had a bite all day so I ate the entire tray, sherbet and all.I tracked it this morning. Over 90 net carbs. Now, I'm back on steroids, so I think I'm hungry all the time, craving sweets and already blowing up. I'm planning chicken and broccoli raad today.I just can't win.I need a good cry!.........Mid afternoon.Make a skillet of raab to keep handy throughout the day..Had that and grilled chicken for lunch and not hungry at all.back in good shape so far!
