Surprised by the gain. It makes me think that I cannot do a "lazy Keto" with net carbs. This week I'll try to stay within the 20 carbs. I find I'm doing too many Keto treats and not eating enough actual food. No excuse, but this was a hard week, looking back over my menu I'd say the alcohol was also a bad idea. I've also gotta get off my ass and so some exercise, my coworkers tell me snowshoes are a good way to burn calories. I've go to go shopping for my Mom, maybe I'll stop and see how much they cost.
221.4 lb Lost so far: 28.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Lazy keto means tracking only the net carbs to be under 20 g, and not calories or the other macros. It’s a little tricky because I found that if calories aren’t under control, sometimes people can gain on keto.
