I had an off day yesterday.I didn't measure anything.I don't care because it happens and will happen again.If I beat myself up each time I will get discouraged.One day a month is not going to make me gain what I lost.It will take a little bit longer but I am in it for life. I plan to eat like this all my life and try to record everything I eat for as long as possible.

Till now I was just trying to record everything and care only for the cals.Now I want to up my fiber and portien and try to eat my white carbs after dinner. I found that eating white carbs early just makes me crave for more and I can't stop eating.So if I try to eat them as late as possible I eat less and if I try to eliminate them totally I always trip up and eat them so just putting them later makes it possible.

That's great that you're finding something that works for you. I'm the opposite, I try to stay completely white carb free after 4p. Not to worry about the measuring thing, today is a new day and everyone here is in this for the long haul. Have a great week! :)
