Simple breakfast today
Actually most days are simple. I usually eat hard boiled eggs w/oatmeal.

Today was a slice of flax Ezekiel toast w/creamy Laughing Cow cheese, sliced hard boiled egg and everything bagel spice. 177 cals

So close to that 200 goal--stick with it. You and I are losing rate at about the same rate. It's frustrating, I'll lose 2 and gain 1 back, then do that over and over. Seems so slow.But looking at it in the long run it is charting ever downward. 24 lbs for me since mid June. You have come so far, you must be really proud of yourself.

@Zchefdonna thanks girl! I am proud. Some days its IS frustrating bc I wanna be quicker at it, but in the past when I dropped weight fast it was no bueno. IDK what is going on at the moment. TMI warning, I haven't had a period since Oct 9th and I'm 49 so IDK if there's something hormonal going on? but I've been on plateau for a couple weeks.
