Today is the first day of Nutrisystem. Friends have done very well on it, so I have people who can help me find the best foods, the techniques for success. I really need to accomplish this - for my health and peace of mind. I'll try to write in here every day, might help. I've told folks that I'm doing it to get help from them as we go along. Dave is on board, said he'll take care of his own foods. That's great because sometimes we are each other's worst enemy. I'm determined to stay focused and succeed!!! "This doesn't taste as good as being thin(ner) feels!"
