So, I went to the gym this morning.

Pretty empty when I arrived, but 30mins in there was a free yoga class. 🧘‍♀️I thought that you needed to sign up for them or something but nope! The instructor got me a mat, blocks ect. (Not judgemental at all!) And an hour later, I was sweaty and feeling muscles that I forgot I had... and this was the 'easy' class, haha.

I'd say my first time at the gym was a success!
