I was just thinking the opposite of Liv. Protein in the jerky and nuts are good for you if you don't eat too many + the protein and good fat. Can't tell what the rest of it is.

The lowdown on the snacks is that everything but the beef jerky is 11 carbs (I don't know why). The jerky is only 4 carbs. Anyway, it will probably be breakfast tomorrow...
