Had a great day started out with stepping on the scale and I had lost the 4 lbs I gained plus 1 more !!!! This got my day started off on the right foot! I was very busy most of the day and got quite a bit done! Tonight I walked 1 mile and my 11 yr old came with me - It was a really nice walk, except for the rattlesnake! WE just avoided it and kept going - it was gone by the time we got back! All and all it was a good day! Blessing to all! Have a great Friday and weekend!
