Oh my lord. Another three and a half pounds lost. You would think that I haven't been eating at all, but I have eating eggs and turkey bacon fried in butter for breakfast, grilled chicken salads with full-fat dressing for lunch almost every day last week! I love the low-carb lifestyle!!! I don't know if 202 is my real weight because I weighed myself in the morning, sometimes my weight shifts through out the day. But I felt this way before and that weight was real, obviously since I weight lower now. Just wanted to give an update. -Erika
