Starting again! LCHF. Well at least I am persistent in restarting if not staying on. I forgot to get on the scales this morning to see what I am starting at. Pretty sure I have gained. When I lost a lot of weight before, I got rid of my larger clothes and got lots of new clothes. Now my new clothes are getting too tight! I can't afford new clothes now and even if I could I refuse to buy a larger size. I know if I can make through the first few days without giving in to my incredible sweet tooth, I will be able to make it. Must make some fat bombs tonight for when that sweet tooth kicks in.
