Now that when I am going to start feeling much better, I need to watch my food intake, including my carb intake. Still I have my throat, and I need to get more on my site, for motivation. The bread, sweets, and such as chocolate. are the hardest. Christmas means baking cookies with my daughter, Maryanna. She says it is a tradition, I thought when did this become a tradition. So, this tradition is done over my house. I still need to encourage myself to move more/walk, and exercise! I hope you guys are getting by well with the holidays. It is hard. When I did WW, I just tried to get through them without gaining any extra weight. That's a feat by itself. I need to find more recipes that I like, and be willing to make. Protein, super ones, without the meat. Not easy to do! I tried to walk yesterday, outside, but felt too sick to be able to do much. Being in the house gets depressing, and OCD kicks in real bad. I love to just sit outside with nature, when I can. It does good for the body & spirit! So, I have found out, that you can't starve yourself either! Who needs to be deprived all the time as well. I think now if I get to feel real good, I have to be extra careful, with the scale!!! There must be a way, it takes a lot of determination is all. A lot of experimenting, and to keep going. I always loved to cook. I made some wild turkey breast, with Lipton soup mix, in a slow cooker. For the family, but I did not touch it. It gets hard because one person will eat this, the other not, and you don't know what to make next! I don't know how to encourage my kids to eat their vegetables, especially my son, Nick!!!!
