Been an good week! Stayed on plan all week and lost a lot! Went out with my friend once last week, had a wonderful lunch with bunless burger and salad. Only downfall is beer, but I had the low carb beer that is next to water but at least it was fun. This week I'm going to Dollywood for the grand opening and I should get in a lot of walking there.
