looks like I'm not following my Keto properly anymore. Been eating way to many Keto deserts and a lot of cream. Ggoing back to basics this week.

yep, the fat bombs and keto treats are traps you dont want to fall into. I allow myself 250 calories a day for keto sweets and I amke them one at a time.
