Have you considered sculpting with exercise instead of losing more? You have a good frame for it and you are at a good place in your fat loss to work on it.

You say you have about 19 more pounds to lose until you get to your goal. I'm loathe to tell someone they're too skinny, but I think if you lose significantly more weight, you will be. The only thing left you have to lose, it seems, is muscle, and you don't want to do that.
