Today I am starting on 30 lbs weight loss journey aiming for 4-5 months. I will be strong and I will try to incorporate work out as much possible! Aiming for 1000-1200 calories a day with 300 burnout 5 times a week!
Feeling determined! 1 hour workout!
180.8 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week
