FOCUSING IN ON ALL THE REAL PROBLEMS! I am just trying to keep the wrong carbs down for now, that is my main focus. I went to a church where I can talk to somebody at the end of the month or so! There is a lot to talk about, he is a doctor, and his wife was at the desk. I told her I should be able to fix this, we women think we can fix it all, and be able to do it all by ourselves. She said hopefully her husband can give me those tools and I would be able to fix it myself. I think I for me need to start inward, for my problem mostly lies there, and then the outward will pretty much take care of itself. Of course I need to help it along, this week no stomach flu symptoms though last week I did have a day that I had experienced it. I have to educate myself on it to see if that in itself can be fixed, for I cannot work and have my stomach in that kind of a shape, my progress is pretty slow but still all in all I am pretty happy, just need to keep going of course! there are all kinds of diets and ways out there you need to listen to your body and your minds common sense. I told my physician, doctor just common sense, he must of agreed with me cause he said you must write a book. I am no doctor by far, and I did reply I am no doctor but I do know common sense. I think doctor Atkins has done huge, huge contributions to this world, but I also believe in my heart that it is up to us to tailor it to our own bodies, using that common sense, and of course to keep going, for if we give up on this that the bulge has won it's victory for sure! We don't have to be mean or harsh or deprive ourselves of practically any food as I have done with the word diet what living would that be, we eat to fuel up our bodies with good nourishment, we are on a diet every single day of our lives, we just need to make good choices in the right amounts. You all may have your own ideas about this, but please don't fight me tooth and nail with it, we all need to respect each persons ideas and choices! that's all for now!
