Every morning since Saturday, 2 strips streaky bacon, egg, avo and pork banger, coffee with cream, skipped lunch as I was not hungry, then light supper: chicken salad, and last night, salmon with green beans, strawberries with bulgarian joghurt. When I added more fatty foods the number on the scale came down... Will try to keep it up for the week. Have a blessed week.
213.8 lb Lost so far: 83.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
