it's hard sometimes, if I know how many calories I am eating but I don't find the right name of the food, I do add something else with the same amount of calories haha , but I really like to pay attention to my protein and sugar too 😐

I have to do that too Keilin. If the cals and macros match I’ll use a different brand or different meat to avoid having to input all the info.

make a recipe and save it, you can go to your recipe and add it to your food log, that is what I do with my regular recipes when I was making keto food. only have to figure it out once. those look great!

I’ve done that a few times Baskington. When it has a lot of ingredients. This was not so bad after all. Only 4 or 5 ingredients

I had mushrooms today with bacon & eggs - wanted to make ribs for dinner but they weren't on sale - Not paying the price so we're going to eat some great leftover chicken.
