Adef I regret nothing!!! Lol 😆 actually I felt sick everyday. It’s so enjoyable to taste those foods but then I spend all day bloated, queezy, sluggish, and just all around yucky feeling. If I could have managed small lill portions of all of those foods, I probably wouldn’t have felt so shitty but... controlling portions not really my thing 😬
