Who needs a gym?! No fees, no excuses. 115 minutes of HIIT with weights and cardio ✅🙌🏼

Tons of Puerto Rican’s in my shipyard- all from VA 😂 and the men like to work out but the women not so much. Great job

That's great if you can make workout at homes work for you. I wish I could. I feel like I need that gym atmosphere.

Diablo, I’ve gone to the gym and it’s ok, but I find it hard to focus. Plus, I hate the weirdos that go there to check out the ladies, lol! On top of that... I’m a single mom so I don’t have the extra time or money, so this works! 😊

I don't use onee and over the years saved a ton of loot, plus my equipment was deals off craigslist from others who gave up, which are many. Keep up the good work

Went to try out Gold's gym. They told me $16.97 for the first month. Got out my card and watched the screen show $79 for the first month. Then the guy told me it was $16.97 off the sign up fee and the first month was regular price. He was just going to charge me and not even tell me. I won't go back. I'll stick to my first generation Bowflex, elliptical, yoga mat, and 45 lb dumbells. If someone tries to do a bait and switch on me, I'll never trust the company again.

I find that by the time I prep for the gym, drive to and fro that I can be finished at home quicker than it takes to go there. Home workouts are a win-win. best piece of workout equipment that I bought was a $5 pull up bar. I do weighted pull ups, and weighted leg raises. I'll compare my abs to any man 57 years old, and no gym.

Yea, I just dont have the time to drive anywhere. Plus I’d have to pay for my kids to be watched while I work out. All of that would definitely turn me off! At home I throw on my work out clothes and just do it. I also like that my kids can watch and get the example so they know that exercise is important. Sometimes they even join in for a little bit. I even have 1, 2, and 3 pound weights for them. 😉 I have a picture of them working out somewhere in my phone. It’s really cute 💕

Yup, single mom over here too. So, tight on money and time. I prefer the gym over home workouts, because I can put on my headphones and focus on my workout. I don't get the same atmosphere at home, unfortunately. The only way to make it effective is if I do it early in the morning or late at night. Big kudos to you for getting it done. You're awesome!
