Calorie surplus and weights vs calorie deficit and cardio. Little under 3 months difference. Still figuring it out, but having a lot more fun lifting than doing cardio and HIIT.

Also just a side note the difference in weight is 0.7 lbs between the two.

I hate cardio/aerobics. I have no rhythm in me. It disappeared after my car wreck. Weights = much simpler and easier to control.
