So Krav Maga Detroit has this 6 week challenge that this Friday will be the end of week two for me, but I've been going for 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week. The first week I was pretty sore but now I'm doing fine. I've also been eating pretty strict keto and I'm losing weight and I'm looking better in the mirror. I would totally recommend anyone in or around Detroit to take advantage of their offer, and anyone outside of Detroit I recommend taking some Krav Maga classes!
