I weighed in this morning at 163 on my scale at home. I won't officially change my weight until I weigh in at the program on 6/16/18. I completed my second day of the 100 pushup challenge and I am continuing to run the stairs at work.

This weekend is going to be very difficult. We are going to see the New York City Soccer Club play at Yankee Stadium with friends so we will be eating out and in NY there is a ton of food choices. My fiancée will have his son this weekend and we tend to be busy and eat out a lot when he stays for the weekend. Not to mention the fact that we are going to a concert tonight. GRRR.

My first fitting for my dress was on April 28th and at the time I weighed 159, so I really only need to lose four more pounds by 6/16/18. This can happen, I am focused.

Thank you Klynn82 and cjodyssey. I forgot to mention that I am finally back in ketosis after not being there for a long time. I can start burning the four pounds of fat that I gained.

I’m at 163 as well. Would like to get to 155 before the wedding. My first fitting is June 30th. Good luck!
