Just finished week 16. Transition to food has been harder than I thought. Still get full easily and feel heavy a lot weight loss doing well but still smuggling with the exercise. Dad's memorial service is his Saturday. It will be god to finally put our pants to rest. This past Sunday I started on 2 meals a day and 3 drinks. It is hard to get I that other meal. Stressful week with JCAHO here all week and finalizing the service, doing cleaning for the guest coming. I found myself looking a couple of times at a box of donuts. I am proud of myself because I did not eat any. I am sure this will be the first of many struggles!
