Going out for lunch today was a complete bummer and not one I plan to do again. It took an hour for the food to come and I was so hungry I had 2 pieces of bread. The rest of what I ate was fine and I ate a very small breakfast of 150 cals, worked out really hard for an hour and 10 minutes, so I hope all is well. But that was frustrating. We r going out tonite, and I will be careful. I am going for 130 when we go to the beach. I don't think I can do more than that with company the next 2 weekends.
