I didn't bother with the oil and just sprayed the pan with a little one cal oil. They are delicious!. So much so that I have bought a julienne peeler so make them more spaghetti like. Lovely with turkey bolognaise :-)

I made these with alfredo sauco. They were wonderful!
I did not let them brown so they were more like fettucine for me. Great recipe!

I really liked this one, made it last weekend while we were out camping. Hubby had a baked potatoe and I had the "noodles". YUM!

It was good but it was rather bland. I added homemade pasta (4 points) helped but it needed something else. I didn't expect it but it was slightly crunch. I'm a huge pasta fan I could eat pasta every night if I could. I had this with flank steak, pesto, and a Hawaiian roll for just 13 points (the roll was 3). I have to admit though it was quite filling!

I did this last night, and I think I might like zucchini pasta more than regular! The grocery store better stock up for me.

Wow, this actually work very well when paired with a meat-flavored spaghetti sauce...I never missed the pasta!

I would "water saute" and serve like zuch fries! No oil or fried breading is necessary! No juicing is necessary! (for you juicers who haven't figured out how to quit juicing and still attending McDonald's)just eat them as they are supposed to be eaten! Fiber, and away!
