Vegan "Cheesy" Baked Fries
Home made fries with a hint of cheesy flavor from nutritional yeast.
Ingredients
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
- Julienne 2 potatoes into strips by first cutting off one side so that it lays flat and then cutting 1/4" cuts into the potato. Then flip 90 degrees and cut again at 1/4". Leave the skin on for more flavor
- Put into a bowl and cover with olive oil. Dredge fries. Make sure they are evenly coated.
- Add salt, nutritional yeast, and garlic powder. Dredge again until they are all evenly coated.
- Place onto a baking sheet over parchment paper or aluminum foil and place into oven for 35 minutes.
