This is ridiciulous! I've tried TWICE to share info on soy products. BOTH TIMES they have taken out half the link I shared or cut off MOST of my comment. Apparently there length restrictions...would be nice if they told you! BOTTOM LINE - DO YOUR RESEARCH! SOY PRODUCTS ARE HORRIBLE FOR YOU!
Don't believe it because I said it! Do the RESEARCH and find out for yourself! It can cause HUGE health issues!

This is super yummy, healthy and filling! I added aprox a tsp of ground flax seed for fiber and flavor and it's great. It only adds about 20kcal to the overall value.
