Quick and easy black bean soup the family will love.
Ingredients
Directions
- Puree 15 oz of black beans with one tomato, queso cheese, bay leaf and 1/2 cup of water. Set aside.
- In a pot, melt margarine adding in onion, green peppers, garlic and one tomato.
- After the onions have caramelized and green peppers have started to tender, add in kielbasa, oregano, and cumin.
- After kielbasa is cooked, stir in pureed beans and green onion.
- Bring mixture to a simmer and add remaining black beans and water.
