Great alternative for rotisserie chicken that you see in the supermarket.
Ingredients
Directions
- Wash and dry lettuce leaves then set aside.
- Take the rotisserie chicken breast and pull apart, making sure to discard the skin.
- Take a leaf of lettuce and place a slice of fat free Swiss and two cucumber slices on top. Next, layer a small handful (approximately 1 oz) of chicken on top.
- Dress with spicy mustard and wrap leaf into a tight bundle. Can exchange spicy mustard for yellow, honey mustard or fat free mayonnaise.
