Also known as Country Fried Steak, this is a long-time favorite dish in the South.
Ingredients
Directions
- Crack two eggs and strain out just the whites (toss the yolks).
- Place the saltine crackers, garlic salt with parsley and ground pepper in a Ziploc bag (crush up saltine crackers to make crumbs).
- Dip the cubed beef in the egg whites and place in Ziploc bag and shake vigorously to coat .
- Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 °F (175 °C) for 25 minutes (flip during baking).

I use the multigrain saltines and sometimes the reduced fat cheese nips...my kids love it...also I would love to know how many points per serving this is for WW
