A great combination of Angel Food cake and cold and hot sauces.
Ingredients
Directions
- To make sour cream sauce; mix sour cream, vanilla, and brown sugar with a fork until well blended.
- To make blueberry sauce; heat blueberries, sugar, lemon juice and 1/2 cup water in a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes or longer.
- Dissolve cornstarch in water and add to blueberries. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve over Angel Food cake.
- Note: Based on recipe from the Blueberry Hill Cook Book.

I don't understand this recipe. Are the sauces for separate use or to be used together? The recipe says an anglefood cake...did you mean a slice? How much water is the cornstarch to be dissolved in? This needs to be much more clear before I try it.
