Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Line muffin tin with paper liners.
- Cream butter and white sugar until light.
- Add egg and vanilla.
- Sift together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
- Crush blueberries with fork and mix into the batter.
- Fill muffin cups with batter. Sprinkle cane sugar evenly over the muffins and bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Remove muffins from tin and cool for at least 30 minutes.
