Ok so I was suppose to weigh in today and I decided not to. I didn't feel confident enough to step on the scale. I have been eating less than 500 calories during the week. I have just made the decision to give myself time to lose the weight. I have too many expectations of myself and and from now on I am going to set a goal that by the end of 3 months I must have lost 20kg. I think that's realistic enough. The scale sometimes can be deceiving and can work negatively on ur mental set. No more weekly weigh in's only monthly weigh in's so Ill track my weight loss by the 20th of June.

iv got 2 days till my next weigh in. what small drastic changes can i do because I'm so nervous...i was thinking of water fasting till tuesday😥😐

its true that we learn from our mistakes. i lost 21kg in 7months then i got too comfortable that i didnt maintain it so i gained it all back plus 4kg extra. Now i know better, that the same way u got something in order to keep it u will need to maintain it otherwise u will lose it. Losing weight is just like a relationship. 😐😐😐
