I am 72 yrs.old old,my weight 14 months ago was 244 I went down to 220
I AM maintaining between 220 and 226.
I want to restart and try to reach my goal of 199.
My activities are Zumba 2 days a week and water aerobics 2 days.
Zumba,is also in the water.
I Have severe back issues so water workouts is all I can do.
