Woohoo! starting the lose 15 by Halloween challenge today! I'm am revved up and back on track. I just need to end my love affair with food.

Completely abandoned my good eating habits with friends and at a weekend tailgate party. argh. Gotta stick to the program, lose the weight first, THEN an occasional venture off the good eating path can be easily fixed by being vigilant for just a week or two. To get done what I want done, I need to be a good LOSER for about two months! I can do this!

Argh....gotta get back on the wagon. Slipped into bad eating habits the last few days and I feel lousy. Saps my energy and doesn't get me where I want to go!
