Eating a few things past few days that I know will blow me up with inflammation, sigh.
Summer is about here and it will be BBQ and salads so a good time to keep on the slim down trail.

The weather has been rain then 73 degree sunshine so I've been outside daylight to dark. I love this time of year.
For a while "boredom eating" will be off the radar and get me lined out with some better choices.
Even though I'm not posting comments I am truly enjoying the great posts from everyone; they keep me inspired.

Busy, Busy, Busy.
Spring is, well, springing. This is always the most hectic time of year and it seems I am never as ready as I hope to be lol.
Been tracking my meals and staying between the lines and it feels good.
Always enjoy the few minutes I take to look in on everyone's progress.
