Seeing results from new diet change (more veggies). Legs are thinning out. Not happy about my stomach. I need to manag stress. Feeling stronger and more fit. Able to do the Stair Master without passing out (level 8). Yesterday I increased it to level 10.
I felt like cheating today. I think I am stressing because my husband is going on another business trip next week and I'lll be stuck here with his mom. I wanted something sweet. This time, I ate my sweet potato and coated it with plenty of cinnamon. Then, I stayed busy. I didn't get to the gym until 7:30pm. The gym helps keep me focused on my goal. I am proud of myself for resisting a cheat meal.

Had a lot of self-doubt yesterday. Feel like I have so much weight to lose and little time to do it. Getting down to 10% body fat seems like a monumental and painful task. Seems like the fear sets in on rest days.
The good thing is that I am feeling stronger, looking stronger, and I see a little progress. Today my poop turn back to green and my stomach bloat went away. The 'cheat' day set me back 5 days. The Vegan restarant seems like it didn't have an adverse effect; no bloating or sluggish feeling afterwards. I actually felt pretty good.
What I learned about my body so far: (1) Brown rice bloats me (2) i need to lift real heavy on my legs for at least 3 consecutive days in order to get them to respond.

today I rested because yesterday I went to an intense Body pump class and worked the entire body. I am not that sore from teh class. I pretty much stayed on my feet the entire day so I know I got a lot of passive exercise. I only drank 1/2 a gallon today.
