Well... I had ballooned up to 190 lbs in college, and managed to lose about 30 lbs while I was unemployed. That is to say, I had a lot of time on my hands so I could devote an hour to exercise, and walking was my main mode of transportation. Not only was I at 160 lbs, I also had some muscle.
Now I'm gainfully employed. I sit at a desk for nine or ten hours a day, and I've plateaued around 170 lbs, and lost muscle mass. I'm trying to get my life back together now, both my body and my finances. The rest of it will take care of itself.
I have used this app for a while now, at the suggestion of my brother (I don't know if he's active on site) but only became active on the website in July 2014.
