One more lb. woho. 1 at a time well win the battle in the long run. Happy so far. I just have to keep away from the carbs and things well go ok.

Holding strong less cravings yesterday throughout the day. Made it easier. Next weigh in is Sunday. Hope to see similar results as first weigh in. Keep up the good work be proud of how you are doing.

Was hoping for a little more loss but really 5 lbs. in 3 days is good. I feel a lot less bloated. I'm guessing because of the low carb intake. Absolutely looking forward to a thinner healthier me. Maybe even be able to get off the cholesterol meds later on. Keep up the good work you got this. You quit smoking you can do this.

Day one down and out. I did really good yesterday. Need to stay focused and ready to battle. Was a little hungry at times yesterday and tempted to eat more carbs but resisted and made it through. Kind of like when I quit smoking just ignore the urge and it passes. Have to drink more water, clean off treadmill and start walking today. I well weigh in again on Thursday I think every 4 days should be good to start. I have dreams of being thinner. Stand Strong Deanna you can do this. You well feel so much better inside and out.

I have a lot going against me age,amount I need to lose,herniated disk. But I am at the point where I can't stand to look at myself anymore. I need to do this for myself to feel better and to help me heal inside and out. I can do this. I have to resist my sweet tooth and the fact that I love all the things that have high carbs. I want to start walking for at least a 1/2 hour a day to start it is hard on my back but it is about my only exercise option at this time.
