Hello everyone, My name is Kim nice to meet ya :)
I am in my late 20's and in the last couple of years I have gained about 35 pounds. through my teens and early 20s I weighed between 125 and 130. I never had to concentrate on what I ate or exercise. After I went over the 25 year mark my body started to change. I didn’t think anything of an extra 10 or even 15 pounds but now I am tippin the scale at 165 and it is starting to make me realize that I can just sit by and not do anything about it.
So here starts a new chapter in this crazy adventure of my life. I hope to find some new buddy's to be able to keep my chin up during this process, this is all very new to me and I know I will hit some road blocks. Here's to the challenge ahead!!!
