I am a young professional with a busy schedule. I am eating a balanced diet with less refined carbohydrates. I cycle to work when the weather allows as I'm living in Amsterdam as an expat. I have a stressful job and I am married in a foreign country so trying to find a healthy balance. At least it is summer now, so lots of opportunity to get active outside! I am jogging and will soon add body weight and strength training exercises. Grinding to goal weight, but focusing on portion control and quality of calories. I want strength and fitness as a goal, increasing lean muscle and let the clothes/measurements do the talking rather than just a number on the scale.
