I was such a fool..I had worked so hard and had gone from 286 to 214 then just blew it and kept on blowing it until I simply didn't care - AGAIN! I am re-starting my "diet" again on March 17, '18 and will through the grace of God not go astray! It's life or death with me - my choice, what do I want to do? Keep eating the carbs, tons of butter and other things that put all the weight back on, or being faithful to myself and the Lord to get this fat off of my body and LIVE at least a longer life, because the way I'm going, it's been bad with raising blood pressures that have always been perfectly controlled on my meds, sleepless nights AND days, restless leg syndrome that obesity makes worse for me, failing knees, and God knows all the rest. I am praying that the Lord will BLESS me - this is the ultimate winning the lottery - OF LIFE!

Brother - this FatSecret now SUCKS!! Big pain in the neck. I think they want to be a "wannabe" facebook....it just doesn't work. Had to really do a couple of things to simply respond to your post. As far as "friend requests"...I just feel like ...to heck with them. I'm just going to use this site to record my "fat" if I even get the inclination to do that, lol.

Low Carb egg options
Hi,
I tried the All Whites I get at my Fareway grocery. Just egg whites that come in a carton. I've always thought "how nasty that must be"....BUT when I tried them, I thought I'd go nuts they were SOOOOOO good!!! I use butter spray to cut down on the calories and cholesterol of butter. I sprinkle a little garlic powder on them and until recently was using salt that contains 30% less sodium. (Called SALT SENSE)...but I need to cut back on that too. Give the egg whites a try, I think you might like them too.

Wow, I didn't know this group existed! I was looking for a group of women who didn't have anymore hormones, lol!! Seriously, it's so hard to lose when you go into menopause, so this group will be great and you all sound like so much fun!!!
