IF YOU ARE ANGRY BECAUSE YOU ONLY LOST 1 LBS., HERE IS WHAT 1 LBS. LOOKS LIKE! (The blasted thing won't show what I posted as 1 LBS but here 5# on up) I have lost 15 LBS. so far - I am very encouraged when I see this FAT, lol.
With the help of the Lord, I put my trust, faith and life, into His care. I'm going to do it...1 LBS. AT A TIME!
Update: Finally after 67 days stuck in the 250's I am now in the 240's. (246.9 - I'll willingly take it!!!) Lost so far since Oct. 12,'18, 21.9LBS. Hasn't been easy with no exercise at all due to I'm very thankful. I had decided to make my goals in increments instead of a massive number, like getting down to 110 LBS...far more attainable and actually challenging.
Hope everyone had a nice Christmas and New Year's celebration! God bless us all!

Thanks you guys! Just getting out of a long stall that made me wonder if this had been the culprit...but it's not...found out it's just normal for "old hags" my age to have numerous stalls, so I'm not going to worry about it and I'm glad that I AM doing the macros right.
Thanks again!

I have a question...
ON THE TOP: of our food items that we list, there are the categories that provide the amount of (whatever you choose to choose) Sodium, Fat, Sugar, Carbs & Protein (those are the ones I have chosen) that list the numbers by GRAMS of what you've eaten.
ON THE BOTTOM: far down below it gives the breakdown percentage of Carbs, Fat & Protein.
When I am trying to keep track of my macros of 5% NET CARBS, 75% FAT & 20% PROTEIN, they do not agree with each is what I'm talking about.

FAT84.23 NET CARB 5.44 PROT.56.63 CALORIES 1,014

FAT = 75% CARBS = 3% PROT. = 22%

In trying to stick with Fat@ 75%, Carbs @ 5% and Prot@ 20%
I don't which to go by - referring to the upper numbers saying I had 56.63 grams of Protein yet the chart below says it's only 22% - which indicate that I've BLOWN IT BY NOT STAYING IN THE RANGE OF 20grams of PROTEIN...yet the bottom pie chart says I had 22% PROTEIN. 56.64 gms of protein couldn't possibly be only 22%....which do I go by to make sure I'm not going over my 20% of protein?
Thank you, folks!

Have a question - I'm not new to FS but I still am wondering on the Weight Chart, what does the red, orange and yellow bars mean?

I actually agree heartily with you. I've been searching for people in my age group with lots to lose in hopes of seeing other people's's so much easier for a person under 60 to lose weight, than for some of us "old" people who need knee replacements and have other health issues that make it so hard for us to lose due to not being able to be active or work out. I am a person that is morbidly obese and need to see others in my age AND FAT bracket for inspiration. I'm sure I'm not alone. I thank you for posting this and for not being afraid to speak up regarding seeing people who hardly have an ounce to lose and are the spotlight of the homepage (not that I care, but the name of this website is FAT SECRET, lol)
