I am trying to get my water in , it is now 600 at night and I still have only drank 240 cc x 2. I did stay under 1000 cal. but it was a struggle. Especially when hubby buys chocolate and caramel donuts. But resisted. Probably will go to bed early so I don't feel like eating more.

At 1555 for the day, tomorrow is Thanksgiving, will try to do better.

Not sure how I will do today? Start of Thanksgiving meals, hope I can keep it under 1500 cal or less.

Right now I am feeling blue, tired, and just want to go back to bed. Lot of things to be thankful for. Need to find something to do. Need more protein and less carbs. Really will try.
