Well I ate my cal. for breakfast, stayed with Mom and she is delusional and weaker, so a handful. Ate two breakfasts before 12, now have to fix dinner for the rest of family. Not eating until supper unless I eat a snack.

Over 1000 cal by 451 cal, knew it would be hard. Fighting a craving for chocolate all day. Thank goodness didn't have the right kind of evaporated milk to make the fudge I was going to. So didn't worry about eating to much of the fudge when it was done. The chocolate bits are still calling but ignoring them now. Did exercise more today then yesterday and hope to do more tomorrow.

Feeling pretty good, just over a 1000 cal by 164 yesterday. Anytime I am that close I fill great. Start back to work today, different times and different days, no set schedule. Will bring weights to work and do exercises there since the client I have is my Mom and there isn't a lot to do for her. I have a lot of sitting time when I work. I am knitting a sweater and hope to start a cross stitch blanket soon. If I sit I have to have something to do with my hands. So I have decided to try to incorporate some exercises in those times I sit .

On the way to church, yesterday went over 1000 cal by 148 so not to bad. After church usually have a snack, will try to abstain or pick healthy. Filling good about this and plan to stay committed.
